Do Conservatives who are saying that the current administration can't create jobs?

I realize all this. I'm only pissed about it because Obama passed that "emergency" stimulus that was going to "keep unemployment below 8.5%" and hasn't hardly touched the funds. He's wasting tax payer money in the middle of a recession...
