The U.S. economy would grind to a halt if all Latinos took a break for two weeks: Do you agree or disagree?

I don't think the US economy would grind to a halt if any particular ethnic group took a 2-week break. Everybody has a job to do. Who drives the buses? Who teaches in schools? Who treats the sick and injured at the hospital? Who sells us things we need at the supermarket? If Asian-Americans, Irish-Americans, or Italian-Americans all took a break at the same time, our economy would suffer because we all contribute.
