Question about College Tuition?

For a project at school, I have to present some issues in America I have problems with. One of my issues is the ridiculously high price of today's college tuition. However, I also have to come up with a *reasonable* solution for it. I'm having trouble thinking of stuff other than like, boycotting college, which is obviously impossible to expect of people. If you could come with something, anything with reason I would be eternally grateful. Thanks very much ahead of time.
