Will BHO go down in history as the worst President of the US?

If you read your history books and watched Glenn Beck you would know that Woodrow Wilson is the worst president of the US. He instituted the income tax and the federal reserve. He was also racist, but mainly he was the worst for the first two points. Hoover was also pretty bad. You can't judge a presidency in the middle of the term, he hasn't even completed his full term of duty.
