Deleting Partner64.dll?

Reboot into safemode w/ networking. Then go to www.superantispyware.com and click on the blue Portable button. Click on the red Download and then save to your desktop. Run and then do a full scan. Follow the prompts and it will delete it for you if it really is an infection. I wouldn't manually delete any files. Your scanner will do this for you.
