I have a Trojan Horse BHO.MJY.... AVG or Malwarebytes can't remove?

It must be attacking my Internet because it won't let me connect to the Internet. AVG found it but it wouldn't allow me to remove. I tried AVG and Malwarebytes in SafeMode and still nothing... HELP!!
