I'm Russian, here in the USA, want to lose weight, and first need to know: do Russians have slow metabolisms?

hahah, of course not! it all depends on your family history, and how you eat! for example: if you eat 3 square meals a day, your metabolism is starting up, and shutting down, starting up and shutting down. this is very inefficient, and burns very little calories/fat. but, if you eat small meals throughout the day, it is constantly working and burning way more calories. and, naturally, working out increases your metabolisms functioning speed, which is why it is crucial to work out every day in order to keep it functioning properly and efficiently.
