In your opinion, would BHO go to any extreme to keep power?

In your opinion from what you have seen from BHO and his brand of Chicago Style politics from the Oval office, would he and the Democrat party go to any extreme to keep power including fanning the flames of divisive politics going all the way to starting a civil war?
