My moms make me boycott chocolate?

well, my mom said that little boys in africa are working as slaves to harvest cocoa beans. so my mom wont let me or my sister eat chocolate. and i told my dad and step mom. my step mom said that i might as well boycott my clothes too because little girls in china make them. i dont have to boycott my clothes, but i cant eat chocolate unless its organic.... :( is it true that little boys in africa work as slaves?
