Should I boycott or sue Taco Bell?

Hi, I was at my local Taco Bell for lunch, where I ordered a beef and cheese melt. The fat sweaty mexican guy at the counter said "Comin up, mang!" and left. I then saw him pluck his unibrow and put some hair on my wrap. He also had a terrible smell on him. Should I sue or boycott?
